I had ordered saree on dated 23rd Feb 2016, 08:50PM through voonika.com. Yesterday dated 02/03/16 I had received for the same.
But when I opened the parcel I found different type of saree and low contained quality.
I am sending you purchased product image and received product image.
The both image are completely different.
This is a cheating case and negligence of customer service. I am very disappointed with your service.
Please replace my product as soon as possible and send me original product.

Very unhappy with the service. First they send me a wrong size and secondly there’s no return pick up facility for the package. I’m very disappointed. Why should i shop with you if i have to waste my money on returning the package. So disappointed..
