I ordered bmw key chain on 14 th January. I paid extra amount for speedy delivery. After few days i got an email asking me to submit id proof& I submitted it. Then a phone call came asking me to submit ebuy bill. Why the ubuy not submitting bill along with the product. I sent email submitting the bill. Now no response. Why ubuy this much irresponsible??
