Res sir i bought your electric bike on January 2021 at nithila electric bike dealer, trichy, tamilnadu. From i got a bike till now battery problem i have complaint morethan 4 times but they are not solving my problem

सर आपके गाड़ी का सर्विस अच्छा नही है क्योंकि मैं गाड़ी november 2021 में लिए थे उसके बाद गाड़ी खराब होने के बाद आज से 22 feb 2022 के एक महिना पहले से जमा है showroom में अभी तक गाड़ी बना कर नही दिया है daily कल कल करता है

महोदय,
मी गाडी घेऊन 8 महिने झाले गाडीला बॅटरीचा प्रॉब्लेम आला, आता 16 दिवस झाले आजून मला गाडी भेटली नाही आणि शोरूम वाले कॉल पण उचलत नाहीत, जर एवढे दिवस सर्विसला लागणार असेल तर कस्टमरने काय करायचे?

Dear sir, I bought a new Emerge electric scooter last month from Siwan, Bihar(841226). I feel that it’s shockers aren’t working well. I contacted the dealership but they are unable to resolve. They say problem is due to it’s light weight. Please change the shockers.
