Tawakkalna (Covid-19 KSA) is the official app. approved by the Saudi Ministry of Health to prevent the spread of coronavirus, and was developed by the National Information Center.

The app. provides instant and live information about the number of coronavirus infections in the Kingdom, and helps in the early detection of possible infections once users show coronavirus symptoms. It allows citizens and residents to request movement permits in cases of necessity during curfew; follow-up on their permit request status during curfew; and notify them when they are close to infectious or isolated areas. Through the app., they can also report COVID-19 suspected cases to help individuals receive the health care they, or others, need.

    I am Rina Marlina, now i am in my country, Indonesia. I can not open my Tawakkalna. Because my saudi number is closed to get my OTP. I need to download my Covid-19 Medical Report of first dose. I want to get second dose in my country. So, kindly provide my Medical certificate in my e-mail please.

  3. I am the daughter of a doctor, and came back to Saudi Arabia from travelling around a month ago. I’ve had my first dose of vaccine and am about to have my second, yet my tawakalna still says I need to quarantine.

My wife Prathibha Venugopal, Iqama.ID.2466791841 has completed her both vaccines two months before (First dose 3rd April 2021, Second dose 31st May 2021) , but not updated in Tawakalna until now in her mobile no.0566078081. we registed several times and send mail to 937 with attachments but in vain. as per MOH, both doses are updated in the system but Tawakalna has to update it in the phone. she is in India waiting to travel to ksa and held up because of this updation. Kindly support.

    in Dahran Expo on 30.06.2021 at 1pm.

    But, it is still showing “booked” only in tawakalna.

    Kindly do the needful to make it update as “attended”.

    “The application was submitted. Please be informed that your application status is under Eligibility according to the information entered”
