    It is to inform that i am a regular customer of Suprdaily and have taken 1 month membership from December 1 ,2021 according to which i should receive a SUPRBAG worth Rs 500 from Suprdaily. However, even after 2 days i have not received suprbag alongwith my delivery orders. It is quite disappointing as these issues leads to loss of trust in the brand. I request you to kindly reply as to when the suprbag will be delivered else i ll need refund for the same. Hoping for a quick response .

  5. Today morning i recharged for 15 days milk from my creditcard and the amount has also been debited from my account but after that when i went back to sopr daily app for sheduling the milk delivery for next 15 days but when trying the app is taking to the recharge section to recharge 2nd time .
    the issue is chatting with the app is right but the most better thing is to talk to the custumer care people to know the exact status of my payment and they have provided one whatsapp number but no body is picking phone instesd on auto voice reply is comming this is not right how can i stay calm after this money issue happened.the app says your money will be credited back to your account in 4 days till that what will i do for my office staffs tea .ok if i recharge 2nd time what is the surity that it will not happen like the 1st time issue pls reply.

  6. As a paid member (supr access member), not able to see any product or order anything.

    Customer care is hell. It will connect after 2 hrs. By the time you see, you won’t reply.

  7. Supr Daily is famous in deducting delivery fee without customer’s intimation. It’s been months I’m trying to reach out but no resolution. They are playing around passing the chat and calls to concerned team and concerned team disconnects the call saying they would give a call back. Till now for the same query I have reached out 20+ time but they do not care. Chat support connects after 2 hrs and says closing the chat as there is no response.

  8. Not received the delivery till now…very poor delivery service as well as the customer care service. Refund Rs 690 paid towards the subscription for milk monthly to my bank account.
    Unable to reach customercare even after writing complain in app. Request a call back immediately.

  11. Amount deducted from my bank account but in the wallet it shows Nil. I tried calling the number but only recorded message is played again and again stating no complaints are registered whereas I have complained 10 times. This is very bad service .

  13. I received 1ltr milk on 4th , remaining grocery items not received and showing partially delivered. I was placed orders again on the same day. On 5th my delivery order showing failed.
    Please mentioned the reasons. If you are unable to deliver my order, refund my amount to my bank account.

  17. Why don’t you supply the complete ordered items. Two items are less in the cover. This is the second time it happened. Unsupplied items amount is being credited in my account. When I place the order next time, you are charging delivery fees. It is not fair. If u can’t the supply the ordered items, credit the balance amount to my bank account.

  22. Hi , I have started getting milk from you . I get Chitale cow milk two packs of 500 ml daily ,so the total cost for 30 days ie 60 packs amounts to Rs 1440 +Rs 60 (delivery charges ) but I was asked to deposit Rs 1650 . I can not understand the system even though I paid Rs 1650 . More over no super bag has been delivered to me so far . Kindly look into my concerns and update me with the action taken .

  30. The delivery boy doesn’t have Covid negative report and hence he is not allowed to deliver at door. Its not possible to collect from society gate for senior citizens. Please look into immediately. We dont expect this from company like superdaily.

  33. As against prepaid contract for daily supply of one litre Gokul cow milk ( two pouchs of 500 ml.each) they delivered only half litre ( one pouch of 500ml only) on 27.04.2021. All my complaints vide e mails , WAp.msgs.& phone calls to refund , recredit the amount of half litre of milk not delivered fell on deaf ears. They have not bothered to redress my complaints, nor have heard my complaint by instantly disconnecting the call.Very poor & deficient service. Totally indifferent to customer greviences & complaints. It appears that they have adopted this unethical way & modus operandi to increase their business profits .They charge exorbitant service charges but their service is extremely erratic & irregular oflate , including absolute non delivery , delivering at odd hours as against the standard delivery time as contracted at the time of contract .

  34. there seems to be milk stealing here as well!! delivery boy mentions delivered 6 but there are only packets of milk and when issue is raised at 9 am it says order completely delivered with no delivery attempt…. such a bad expedience!!

I have ordered for 2 kg banganapalli mango on offer buy one kg & get 1 kg free on 11th april 2021 throgh std hart credit card & paid rs 149.But i was shocked to their delivery bill only one kg will be delivered Immediately within ten minute of order i have canceled the order & i was informed that the amount will be credited in 2 workingdays. But to my shock again they have ctredited in their super vallet account instead of my credit card account. Though i have tried many times they are not picking.All are careful otherwise you will be cheated

  42. I have made complaints about not honouring buy 1 get 1 free for Happilo Raisins 3 packets. Also two week end sales offering 40% cash back. Both were not addressed nor got any reply. This is very unprofessional and taking members for a ride. Serious action need to be taken .

  43. I have recharged my Super wallet with Rs. 1000/- today (on 02.04.21) in order to create a new subscription for daily milk services. My current subscription is ending on Sunday (04.04.21). However I am unable to renew/extend my current subscription, app is asking me to pay for Super Access. I do not wish to pay Rs. 99/- for Super Access.
    Kindly get this sorted asap.

  44. pathetic customer service. I renewed my subscription but it does not show on Supr Wallet. Past 10 days I am struggling to get thru and talk to customer support via chat but standard auto reply I get is about high chat volume. Calling customer support number is of no use. These guys don’t even have a issue tracking system and unable to provide a complaint number for followup!!

    hope this post reaches someone at Supr who can really resolve this matter.

  46. I got a 100 rs off offer on 14th March 2021 and also got message saying my Supr access membership is ending and it would cost me around 279 rs for three mo tha Supr access package . I had 20 rs in my wallet. So 279- 20-
    100 = 159 rs and that I made the payment for the same on 15th March 2021. The 100 rs offer was valid for one or two days so I availed it soon before the previous subscription expired.

    Even after paying the money again it’s showing as subscription is ending and I have to pay 279 rs again.

    So please look into this matter soon so that I will have uninterrupted access.

    No reponse from your end. No reply to my emails and chatting is pathetic as I raise query no one is available to answer and they reply after some hours and that too saying please write an email to care@suprdaily.com

I placed orders for ten items for delivery on 18/03/21.Items not delivered but the app is showing as ‘delivered’, when I raised a complaint it was assured that it will be resolved by 6.00 pm on 19/03/2021, now they extended the date as 20/03/21.Simply bluffing. Customer care number kept busy always. No responsibility.
