You can block your card by calling our customer service centres OR email us at [email protected] (TAT – 2 working days) OR visit the Zeta app to block/replace your card
There are two ways to reset your password:

  • To reset your password through Zeta App, you need to first have your email ID updated on the app. Simply visit the Menu on Home Screen, click on ‘Edit Your Profile’ and update your email ID to make sure you can use this option. If email ID already updated, simply click on ‘Forgot Password’ on login screen.
  • Alternatively, you can call our toll-free number 1800 267 3030.

  1. Late and inefficient Sodexo Customer Care team. They say the issue is resolved, but isn’t
    Had to raise it again and wait for 4 days again just for them t0 have a look at my problem.

    • Pathetic service from sodexo.my Sodexo meal card misplaced In Aug 2020. Since that day I conntionuosly follow up. But no proper reply from Sodexo.If you are not able to resolved customer problems.then why u r sitter there in customer care. Please refund my all money in my personal account from August to April every months 2000 rs.

  2. Worst service by Sodexo team.
    I am trying to activate my card from last week of March 2021 and getting faulty commitment from Team Sodexo that it will take 7 days time some technical problem and last 2 days they are saying that before day end your problem will get resolved.
    Pathetic services.
