In case of damaged or defective product:
- The customer is required to raise the concern within 24 hours from delivery to our Customer Care Center at +918882569569 or mail to email@example.com for the next steps.
- SHINCO will arrange our engineer visit within 48 hours of complaint received and will provide resolution accordingly.
- If replacement needed, we will arrange shipping of the product back to us within 5 days from delivery – Return shipping costs will be borne by us.
- SHINCO will send you a new replacement unit as soon as we receive the return package.
