In case of damaged or defective product:

  1. The customer is required to raise the concern within 24 hours from delivery to our Customer Care Center at +918882569569 or mail to for the next steps.
  2. SHINCO will arrange our engineer visit within 48 hours of complaint received and will provide resolution accordingly.
  3. If replacement needed, we will arrange shipping of the product back to us within 5 days from delivery – Return shipping costs will be borne by us.
  4. SHINCO will send you a new replacement unit as soon as we receive the return package.

    I have bought a Shinco TV through Amazon during last Diwali. The said TV got some software issues last week which was found by the technician arranged by you. Now almost 1 week he is yet to get the software from your Company. I feel the service is very poor and I wouldn’t have gone for purchase. The after sales should be good then only you could build the customers confidence. I have recommended my friends and colleagues to purchase your TV after seeing its performance. I felt bad, even after repeatedly calling your office for the past 1 week I have not received the software issues rectified. As a result I couldn’t see the TV for almost 7 days now. Please attend my complaint urgently or else I would represent the matte to Amazon to refund my money since the product is under warranty. My invoice NoIN-SMAC-27236 dated 20/10/2021. It is highly regrettable for these kind of poor service. If an educated has to face these many hardships, then think of the poor people who bought your product.
