I had ordered a kurti from Meesho app on 20th March-22nd and it was showing on 27th March but I have not received my order which I have paid for online. i am complaining many times in meesho my complaint unresolved my order id is 562169285600_1 kindly resolve my complaint.

Very bad service as I have not received my cancelled product after 5 months . The delivery boy call everytime for the address but don’t deliver.

Worst delivery service I have ever seen. I had a parcel from their courier. Delivery boy never reached me and tye simply cancelled the order. It got returned. So I have booked for the replacement. Again they are doing the same. Delivery person never contacted me but rescheduled my order without any reason.

Hi its been a month my order is kept at ur place. I reached ur office and saw some people were opening the parcels looting things and simply going. I couldn’t trace my order also. People are just wandering here and there. If any one of u want to compensate just go there and pick any ones courier take it home.. Its a utterly fraud company

Fed up with the shadowfax courier service. It’s been more than 7 days my Paytm mall’s product replacement request has not been picked up by this courier service. On asking Paytm about it, they are replying that they have created multiple escalation with the courier service, even then they are not responding/actioning.
Hi team, what kind of delivery boys you have hired, about 20 minutes ago your delivery came to deliver my parcel from bevkoof.com and i have clearly mentioned at the time of ordering it is my office address and have mentioned address and landmark, but he came and started shouting and fighting that i haven’t mentioned the address properly, what kind of service is this. This is not the first time that any courier is delivered to my office, this is the incompetence of your delivery boy. will never recommend your service to anyone.
