I am Somnath Pal (Mob. No- 9535324715), (Wealth Management Customer) and
I have placed an order of SBI gift card (Transaction Ref. No. CABJ/FR/29356492 and Order ID 1269908) on 14th August 2019.
Still Now I haven’t received the item. It was mentioned that it will be get delivered within 15 working days but it won’t get delivered.
Then I have raised an complaint on 10th September 2019 and being told that will be delivered within 3 working days but it wasn’t so far.
I spoke multiple time to the SBi Rewardz customer care (18002098500) but no results. All they are of present to make the false commitment and a totally unprofessional executive are appointed over there. I have mailed them also and the query reference number “WbQry02646405”.Also spoke to Mr. Mohammad Ali, floor supervisor and different executive such as Ms. Suhana but no results.
All are made of false commitment and Mr. Ali personally committed to me that there will be call back form his side and provided the resolution.
At the end he couldn’t arrange a call back. They just saying wait till 4, 5, or 7 working days, etc.
Such a horrible and bogus service you people are providing and its just not acceptable.
I am extremely harassed by of your so called service.
I want my gift card as soon as possible or else want the cancellation of the item.
Please let me know what can be done next?
