To make complain against bank staff for legitimate grievances one can register his complaint in the customer care website ( https://cms.onlinesbi.com/CMS/ )of the concerned bank. It is usually addressed within 30 days.

Process of Grievance Redressal
Step 1:

If you are not happy with the resolution provided, please follow step 2.
Step 2:
- Please email your concerns to Head – Customer Care at head.customercare@sbigeneral.in
Step 3:
- If you are dissatisfied with the resolution provided in the Steps as indicated above on your Complaint, you may send your ‘Appeal’ addressed to the Chairman of the Grievance Redressal Committee. The Committee will look into the appeal and decide the same expeditiously on merits.

Step 4:
- If your issue remains unresolved you may approach IRDA by calling on the Toll Free no. 155255 or you can register an online complaint on the website http://igms.irda.gov.in
- If after having followed the above steps you are not happy with the resolution and your issue remains unresolved, you may approach the Insurance Ombudsman for Redressal.
Senior Citizens: Senior Citizens can also write to seniorcitizengrievances@sbigeneral.in
If complaint relates to fraud and related issues one can complain to RBI or Banking Ombudsman.
If specific corruption cases can be cited one can make complaint to the Vigilance Department of Bank, the State Police or CBI. However if complaints are bogus it will be counter productive.

I kindly inform you that I am Ashish who is the account holder of SBI Bank Branch ADB, Sonipat Haryana . I want to take a personal loan of 100000 from your bank for 4 years but your staff and Bank Manager made me that 6 years. Mean head and supporting staff (loan department) missbehavied with me. I kindly inform you that I am anil prasad who is the account holder of SBI Bank Branch Bhatpar Rani Deoria Uttar Pradesh. I wanted to deposit 12000 thousand rupees in my account on Saturday (02.04.2022) but the bank employee refused to deposit the money in my account and started not treating me well by saying that less than 20000 thousand Won’t deposited. And started saying that deposit less than 20000 thousand from customer service center

I went with my mother so that we can get a savings account open for her , the staff especially the women sitting on desk no 15 didn’t reply to any if my queries and kept on either ignoring all customers or transferring them to a different desk.
First I was asked to fill a form, when I had filled it They told me we didn’t require a form and they only needed photo copy of of Aadhar and Pan when I had got my mother’s AAdhar and Pan photo copies verified properly and went back to her She told me the site is not working since morning. Now I had wasted 2 hrs at the bank and she couldn’t tell me that the site was not working since morning , only when I had got everything in order She told me that.
This type of behaviour from an employee of one of the most reputed bank’s in India is not expected, I would have understood if there were a lot of people at her desk and she were busy but NO she was sitting idly.
Not proper responding for customers
I want a saving account open in SBI branch ,kalkaji,new delhi,
But bank staff say .if u take insurance of 1000.then we will open your saving account.
When I complaint to manager .she also says.
Health insurance is compulsory.after health insurance ,your account is open

I am a senior citizen and having sbi saving account(20058743836)with sbi kandivali west branch .I am having fds with sbi and getting below 50k amtper annum interest.As per rule below 50k interest TDS not deducted but in minecase regularly it was deducted and I want to reimbursed it asap.The employeesof the bank are very non cooperative and lazy.In banks always big ques arethere customer support nos also not working and cant drop grievances to sbi andvery very irritating to co operate with them.The staff of the bank cant resolvethe matter and very unprofessional attitude.A simple work takes half a daystime.customers are very unhappy and frustrated due to it. pls let us knowfor senior citizen to avoid TDS tax cut which form needs to be filled whetherits 15H or 15G pls let me knowregards,Meenakshi Deshpandecell 9892904187
Dear sir,
We are the SBI Account Holder since 1993 under name & style M/s ROOP KENDRA bearing account number 31089193088 maintained with SBI Main Branch Udhampur.
From last about 1 year we are not satisfied with the working of bank officials at Udhampur dealing with CASH CREDIT ACCOUNTS in as much as our account is being un-necessarily freezed day in and day out and illegal charges are being dragged out from our pocket for reopening of same. Matter was brought in notice of branch manager but all in vain.
Quite recently in the month of June 2021 our account was deducted twice for renewal of limit and other processing charges but strangely our account was again freezed on 16/08/2021 & 28/08/2021 when we had already issued cheques in favour of some of our creditors and due to negligence of bank officials cheques were returned though we had sufficient balance in our account thereby causing great loss to the reputation of our firm.
It appear that the concerned officials need some underhand money to keep our account regular which we cannot pay to them, however we can report the matter to ANTICORRUPTION BUREAU for registration of FIR against the concerned officials.
Our account statement for last 1 year can be perused to ascertain how illegal entries on account of OD PENAL CHARGES have been made when we had sufficient balance.
An early action at yours end after holding thorough enquiry is solicited so as to repose the faith of clients in SBI.
