The issue is when I call to caption he said that I am on the way to pickup you, I said ok , n I am getting to late for office , caption wati me for a while and then he cancel ride . Automatically rapido book a another ride when other caption call me he said where r you , I told him what are u doing rapido caption rectally a book a ride he cancel the ride from him side. Then I told him I am not going to cancel ride from my side than he told me kuch be kro m pickup location aapke 10rs luga, then have to cancel the ride immediately because I am not at home . Very bad experience towards rapido app, I am giving minus -5 star to your serives and company for these type of bad services

Very very bad service of rapido…i got 30 minutes late bcoz of rapido captain, i will never use rapido and tell all my friends never use rapido, i wait 24 minutes but rapido captain not reached, and finallybi cancel my order and they fine me rs. 10 for wanting me…why u charge me and why u not provided service to me within time.

I booked rapido on 19-aug-2020 around 8:05 A.M which estimated fare shows 43 Rupees. The rider picked up and it started raining in the middle of the journey, due to which we stopped in the underpass road as it was raining heavily and when the rain stopped So the rider droped me at destination but at destination my fare amount was reflected 168 rupees while the rain caused the rider and me to stop and how the drive would be possible in the rain, so I told the rider that I would not pay so much charges because at the time of booking estimated fare shown 43 rupees then your rider said Sir, give me total fare amount and when you call at customer care and raised a complaint for excess charge , then the extra charge money will be returned to you.
So please return my extra charges to me.

There is no professionalism in rapido captains and they don’t eveb pick up the calls and cancel on their own and without my prior information cancellation fee is charged on every ride differences in fare are so often that even i might gey confused for the same distance no contact number to call also seriously services sucks of Rapido App and there is immediate deduction from rapido wallet for cancellation fee even the captain has cancelled it
