Sorry to tell you very bad. Very very pathetic service from this. I was trying to call the customer care for last 3 months but nobody is responding. They are cheating the customers. Please don’t order anything from them. I had sent lot of mails and request for the call back but nobody bothered. Dear friend please suggest how we can give a complaint against them. Now onwards they should not cheat any other customers. Please advice me the options. I don’t want to leave this case. They are providing lot of contact numbers but no single number is working. If any one know the contact number please give me. Any complaint mail id is there.

I bought a provogue hand bag that came as a offer to getting into an AMC for a water purifier .. Paid Rs 600 /- or so as delivery charges for the Provogue handbag worth Rs 2499 /- .
Inside flap is damaged .Order no 393167235 .
I have sent an email today to customer care and hope they get back to me on the way forward . How can I give it as a present to some one . The company must be careful and should not take customers for granted .
I want to know the address to whom it can be sent or they make arrangement to collect the damaged one and replace it with a good one .

do not order anything from provogue. actually i order only after ICICI bank offered some discounts on it. no doubt it is going to wind up, count down starts.
they don’t know the customers value. i ordered more than 15 days back and still my order is showing same status. they dispatch from origin city and after that i am not getting any details. if i am trying to call they are picking my call putting it back without. i am facing this problem since last 10 days. dear do not order any thing from provogue. it was my first and last mistake to order from provogue.
