The Prime Minister’s Office receives a large number of public grievances relating to subject matters which fall under the purview of various Ministries / Departments or the State Governments. Such grievances are forwarded by the Public Wing of this office to the concerned Ministry / Department or the State Government.

Our Appeal
Relief under Social Security Act and Employment Act – request for reinstatement of employment to Mr. G B Mohana Sundar – Casual Labour (Gardner), who was attached with Officer Training Academy – St. Thomas Mount, Chennai 16 and met with accident inside the OTA premises while performing his duty and no medical treatment was given to the poor labour and oo wages paid during hospitalization; Denel of employment subsequent to the accident causing the family to suffer for bread and butter. The Labour borrowed and spent about two lakh rupees for medical expenses and requested reimbursements to OTA. The issue was escalated to the Respectable Prime Minister, Union Ministers, Chief Justice of India and National Human Rights Commission. Now, we submit an appeal to the good office to grant relief by providing employment, back wages & financial assistance including reimbursement of medical expenses incurred by affected labour.

We, International Human Rights council, as President State Tamil Nadu, hereby appeal to intervene immediately on the pending issue for over years with the various government authorities to extend the relief to the affected person. We wish to state the following facts to your kind consideration and speedup the pending issue and approve the relief under the pillars of Constitution of India.
1. Whereas Mr. G B Mohan Sundar had been working in Officers Training Academy, Ministry of Defense, St Thomas Mount, Alandur, Chennai – 600 016 from July 2006 and met with an injury while doing his routine work as gardener on 5th October 2010. He was admitted in a private hospital by OTA officials and left him unattended. He has incurred about TWO lakh rupees for hospital expenses and spent further for subsequent medical administration. Subsequent to injury he could not attend his work as gardener and the OTA officials are not permitted him to work. Hence his family is struggling for bread and butter due to forced unemployment and also suffering to repay the amount borrowed for treatment for years. We state that he was employed by OTA and his wages paid directly by Officers Training Academy, under the Ministry of Defense.
2. Whereas we escalated the issue to the Hon’ble Prime Minister, he considered our representation and took action vide letter No. PMOPG/D/2018/0281809 dated 06/08/2018 and the National Human Rights Commission, New Delhi is forwarded our request with direction to Secretary, Ministry of Labour and Employment, New Delhi (Case No. 1472/22/13/2019 dated 13/07/2019) to resolve the case.
3. Whereas the Officer’s Training Academy is under control of the Union Ministry – Defense, Central Government and State Government of Tamil Nadu is not in a position to resolve the long pending issue under the State Schedule. We are attaching a file, herewith, for your kind information and also take appropriate remedial action.
4. Whereas, we represented again on 20-12-2019 to Honorable Prime Minister and requested to intervene and give appropriate directions to Defense Ministry for benefits under social security and welfare measures; also request to give further directions to OTA for giving continuous employment with back wages to protect a poor citizen of India under Constitution of India.
5. Whereas even after many representations to the authorities no remedy was received to the affected person, after four years. Delay in the remedial action and will be generally treated as denying the social justices under our constitutional policy and procedures.
In the above circumstances, even after many representations for genuine cause for poor citizens of India, the concerned authorities have not extended their support to release relief measures and also give employment with back wages under fundamental rights conferred under constitutions of Republic India.
Hence we, International human Rights Council, appeal the President of India, Honorable Prime Minister of India, Honorable Union Minister for Defense, Honorable Union minister for Human Resource and Employment, Principal Commissioner, Central Human Rights Commission, New Delhi give form directions to the Officer Employment (Central), Officer Training Academy, New Delhi to resolve the long pending issue and protect the poor garden laborer of OTA.
We, trust and respect, the good office will take immediate action and resolve the long pending issue immediately.

Sir my village has school till junior,Anganwadi center. is panchayat building. but road is not there in village. yet sir since you have become prime minister since 2014 i am sharing this problem in front of everyone i tweet by mail He conveyed his point to the concerned person through BJP MLA Sirmaur Shri Divyaraj Singh, MP Rewa Shri Janardan Mishra ji, but till date no action has been taken, we thought that Modi is Saheb, then BJP MLAs and MPs will do all the work. Elected them and made them win, but today people’s work is not being given attention, what is the priority, sir, I request you that there should be road facility in my village.
