Pathetic After Sales Services by Ottomate. Never Ever Buy any Ottomate Products. Faced soo many issues within 10 months of purchase of their soo called Smart BLDC Fans. Company doesn’t have any service centre in Mumbai,. Very pathetic staffs, most of the time doesn’t even reply.

Your smart fan is not working properly, New fans with LED lights installed. With app both are working well.
But with remote, both are not working since installed.
Complaint lodged . Your expert visited and found the fans faulty.
Agreed to replace with software board. More than 19 days passed.

Ottomate smart new fan complind pls repaire and activate
My ottomate fan still not working with remote and phone. I surly buied it one and half year ago. I also replaced pcb card with in six month of the date of purchasing. Right now the position arises again. I called your technician, he said 1000 rs for PCB card , i have a question that every 6 month how can i buy 1000 rs PCB . Is your product is capable for rhis much period only?? Because i plan for puchsing more fans but is this is the condition i have to think ?

I raised the ottomate service request for the repair, a local
representative came and did some repair work temporarily and faced the
same issue in the morning, so i reached the technician again for the
complaint they are not at all responsive and accountable.
There is no fan working in my room facing a lot of issues with this.i
request you to make my request solved ASAP.
