  6. Pathetic Service , One of the Worst ever . Yesterday gave me appointment at Thane 5.30 pm I reached sharp 5 was waiting till 8 PM below the premises no body came ,, I called 5-6 times on 2 numbers to their managers no one picked up phone , I travelled 40 kms from BKC Mumbai to Thane and it was waste of time and Money , Today morning I called again on the number , the Person some Rohit picked up call I told him yesterdays story he said he was in meeting and thus not picked up call , he was not even listen when I said do u think me a fool and cut the phone 4 times I called , There was no courtesy to tell customer proactively that ‘Sorry I couldn’t pick up call yesterday now tell me what can I do for u’ . that’s all
    I NEVER EXPECTED SUCH PTAHETCI SERVICE AND SUCH A POOR and IRRESPONSIBLE MANPOWER QUALITY .
