  2. Today line close for 15 min……i m drive i10 hundai and local staff was behaviour rudli and after stop 15 min …..I m not gave tall ,goverment rulls…but thair local staff fight with me and tack toll….local staff not good for ……… everyone…so fight with Soma and local staff…

  5. Today this morning, I went to Lahore International Airport. During exit at Airport. Rs 50 were taken from me in cash. Same amount was also deducted from from my M tag balance by automated system. Staff at duty took from me Rs 50 fraudulently. This is unfair. Others toll plaza at airport road, has been displayed banners that there is no M tag facility over here. That why I have been looted.

I daily travel from Barabanki to Gonda with my friends by car, every day there is huge line of vehicles at toll plaza at barabanki road and their fastag reader is very slow, whenever we complaint to staff with this problem they always misbehave and try to harras every method they can, they also use abusive language to customers, they also force people to pay double amount having balance in their fastag wallet saying that their reader is not working. It is daily sceniorio so you are requested to take appropriate action and teach them to behave politely with costomers.
