My humble suggestion to people thinking of buying Motorola TV, do not buy !!! Pathetic customer support, pathetic onsite engineer support. Even with product being under COMPANY warranty they do not fix the panel fault. Especially people staying in costal areas the engineer will end up telling you that the panel is gone bad because of moisture accumulation since we stay 10-20 KM away from sea shore. And any panel failed due to power issues its not covered under warranty.
Faced issue with two models of Motorola TV Revo and ZX pro so please stay away from these TV’s if its your hard earned money that you put into buy it.
I purchased a motorola tv from flipkart in jan 2021, by end of the year the remote stopped working and since was under warranty got a replacement.
Now the display has stopped working and we called the customer support and the technician did come, just clicked some.pictures and said something is wrong with the board!! Two days go by and nobody calls, so I call back today and to my dismay I learn that the who.panel needs to be repalced which would cost me 38000 rupees!! So who decided this since the technician who came in literally did not check anything!! How is it that just after the warranty period is over the TV stopped working
Why doesn”t Motorola send their technicians and not technicians from Jeeves who are not good at all!! Am I to spend another fortune on fixing this and who can reassure me this will not happen again!! I would pray to all that do not buy any of their products as the after sales service is really poor here in India!! I am very upset with the my experience with Motorola
