I am working with Mintpro as a Posp. While issue a bike policy on 8th sept. 2020 with icici my amount debit 2 times and policy not issue then 3rd time I issue it with bajaj allianz and raise a complain to help centre they tell me that it will be refund with in 20 days but till date I have not received my refund. So please do the needful.

I am a rm agent in your company but i am not satisfied with the commission given by you as there are many faults in payout according to ho grid it should be 15% but company is just paying 1.75% i have atleast 150 child code in your but the commitment done by your executives is never true and failed at the time of commission due to this matter my agents are switching to probus insurance company soo kindly do some favour and sort it out my dp id is DP – 144927 my mobile no.
