I’ve recently faced a loss of ₹1223 due to some issue with the refund process…
The product that I’ve returned did not undergo any transition process due to some dishonest act by the delivery agent…
As I’ve talked with some of the executives of the Meesho app that told me that they’ll refund me only after they receive the ticket/slip of the returned product and suggested to contact the delivery agent in which i can understand that the team can’t be solely blamed but How in the world will i trace back the delivery agent if it was called by a company number and identifying/recognizing the delivery agent sounds like an impossible thing…
Now that this has happened,it has inflicted in me a fear to shop in the app.
It was like the Meesho help team had just casted all the responsibilities upon myself to get my refund back…
This is really disappointing as the Meesho should be held responsible for all the partnership with the delivery service/ agent and should be responsible to trace back or take whatever possible measures to help the public
Worst app ever..i received an order which was totally differend from what i ordered then i filed an exchange request…they picked up the order but have not provided any exchange..never going to recommend this worst app to anyone

Hi I am puja chandra. I am a regular customer of meesho.
But now I face one problem. I bought 5 products at a time. Among them I returned 3 products. Out of 3 products, 1 is for exchange and others 2 for refund. Each of them is 271/-. But I got refund only one product. i.e. only 271.
More 271 is needed.
So what should I do right now?
Please don’t lose faith. Otherwise for the next time I avoid meesho.

I ordered lehenga Rs 886 but MEESHO send me wrong product on 26 June 2021. I want to return it but Messho doesn’t provide me return or exchange policy. Meesho is sending me a notification that “expected dispatch date is 28 June. Sorry for delay”. I called customer care on 27 June 2021. Still Messho is not showing on app delivered date of 26 June or not showing return/exchange order. Please Messho don’t do this. Otherwise I will show a video on my YouTube Channel. Fullfill my request as early as possible about showing return/exchange order.
