i have been applying for Migration certificate but it has been rejected for 2 times due to NOC ,as im student from nepal.so i had submitted the noc which have been submitted at the time of admission but it got rejected.so i am not able to contact in the university about this. I want to know what kind of NOC is required and from where to issue that.

I have a quiry about the fact that if a student be admitted in MCA course to a private college under MAKAUT without appearing in JECA exam.,then will it affect in the Placement afterwards?
