Hi, This is a complaint about the private school name: Holy Angel high school at Malwani, Malad – west, Mumbai 400095, Rude behavior of the principals, Head Mistress & Teachers, and Head, troubling & torturing students for school advance fees, charging holiday fees also.
If any parents raise their voices against them then they remove their children from the school.
They are least bothered about government rules.
Misbehave happened (physical harassed) with my son and I am continually following up but no feedback from the school.

My name is Manisha Vijay Upadhyaya my niece is studying at SBOA Public School Nerul Due to some reason the fees was pending of 3 month but the teacher is continously harrisng my niece she was not leaving him she use to tell him call your mother or father thn only i will leave you she was not giving him to his grandmother also and continously one of the teacher her name is Manali she was harraising to his sister in the classroom that your brother fees has not paid in front of all student
Please look into this matter
I have a complaint about a school, I was teacher over there, as I have resigned from that school due to personal reasons. But now they are troubling my child and defaming my name. Also the teachers over there are not qualified and still they are teaching in that school

On 2nd Aug I received an intimation by sms and mail regarding payment of School fees on my registered number and mail id respectively.
I visited the school to inquire regarding the same as I had not made the payment .
From the school VC Ms Rupa I learnt that fees has been paid to issue LC and the same has been issued and handed over to a third person without my knowledge and consent .
There seems to be misunderstanding with my wife and she has taken the child to bhubaneswar .From there she called Ms Shilpa Vijin and did mention about the dispute and asked for LC .
Ms Vijin guided her the procedure to apply to the office .She applied and got the LC without informing the natural guardian who is the father about anything.
Ms Vijin knew there is a dispute as was updated by my wife but she did not bother to inform me , As per Ms Vijin she had updated the matter to Ms Rupa but Ms Rupa Suggested as she was unaware of the Situation .Ms Catherine D Souza Class teacher , I have called her several Tiimes in this past one month but she is yet to respond to my calls and messages .
I entrusted my son with the School and such cheating with the Father .Every lawyer whom i spoke to , every person whom i spoke to is shocked to learn that how come without informing the father LC has been issued .And that too with such speed .
I conclude that the school staff Like Ms Vijin / Ms Rupa are more than happy to ensure that LC is issued so that the school can admit a new ward with added advantage .
Ms Rupa was defiant when asked how was the LC was issued without the knowledge of the father .Mother has no legal documents to produce that only she has the custody of the child .
If she would return will Ms Rupa and Ms Vijin give admission to My child .???
There seems to be Unfair and Corrupt practice otherwise howcome Father the Legal Guardian is not informed leave apart consent of the action which could affect the childs career and life ..
All other information were very promptly intimated fees overdue , result collection , notice etc etc , then how come such important action has been taken by the school and no intimation .to the registered number or email ??
I hold Ms Vijin , ms rupa and the office bearer who has issued and handed over to a third person, responsible for this planned execution of letting my child let go of his valuable and precious admission in Father Agnel.
I need answer from none less than Father Almeida .I shall go to Media and Court if need be so that the Culprits who have played with a childs life should be exposed .

Teachers don’t have menners to talk and never respect to parents and they want to make a money by selling books, uniforms, extra fees and etc. costly by the market price and low quality materials. Why we send our childrens to school that they get a menners to talk with everyone. Education level 3 out of 10

I Ms.Seema Gaikwad ,My Daughter name is Druvi Gaikwad .she is studying in Sr kg at Gracious English School ,Bhaynadar East. I had divorce i want to change my daughter name from Druvi komal Singh to Druvi Seema Gaikwad.As per school requirement i already submitted documents like New name adhar card,Gazette copy,Affidavit ,Court paper that mention my daughter custody to have with me.But The School refuses to my application and not change my daughter name.
Please help me as soon as possible

My name is Dhanraj Poojari. I have a complaint against St. Arnold High school which is in Andheri East mahakali caves road.
This complaint is on behalf of my sister Mrs Savita Shetty. She’s a divorced mother and a only lady working. How can she manage everything. Previously the school was giving her the concession but as the respected principal was changed from that time he stopped giving the concession.
In lockdown the school did not gave any concession in fees. But they took all the fees including picnic fees,activity fees and many more. What kind of activities were performed?
I just need a help from you guys please support my sister for some concession from her school to my niece.

My ward was studying in Versatile School Vadgaon Budruk Pune, It is State board affiliated school, in last session i have paid almost 80-85% fees and due to pandemic was unable to clear the remaining dues which was informed to school also at the time of declaration, now i withdraw my ward admission from school but school is not issuing the TC/SLC and forcing me to pay the remaining dues, tried to convivence school but they are not ready to support.
Requesting you to please help me to get the TC/SLC for my ward.

Apka diya hua number 24 hrs busy dikha raha hai. Krupaya vaha number dijiye jo ek baar to bhi receive kiya jata ho.

Our son was studying in Rosary School – Warje and during admission the school asked us to pay a refundable deposit which would be refunded after 1 year of leaving the school.
Enclosed : Money Deposit slip
As per rule , It’s been one year since I have taken a leaving certificate and done rigorous follow up with deposit however the school is not entertaining me. No response at all from the school.
Many times i have paid penalty against late fees to Rosary school – Warje -Pune. The school did not allow my son to attend the classes and locked in the dark room when he was in the school.
In addition to it school do unethical practices **
Humble request to intervene or guide us on the subject.

I want to complaint against Millennium National School for charging late fees in the school fees. They are charging Rs.50 per week for non payment of school fees. There is delay from school side as well for distribution of study material, note books and result sheets. When I am asking about this, they are telling me it has nothing to do with late fees.
Please intervene and advise. My daughter is studying in 9th standard.
