Transit damage
Small packets are sent through Fedex and Bluedart courier, If any item found damaged during transit in that case , following action will be taken
- Minor damage, Refund 20% of product value.
- Major damage, refund 50% of product value.
Wrong item delivery
We dispatch hundreds of packets everyday, our people can do mistakes, In case, wrong item has been delivered, following action will be taken,
- The wrong item will be taken back. Once, item reaches to loom solar warehouse, full amount will be refunded.
- Meanwhile, customer can go for fresh purchase to get the same item.
There are times when some unavoidable reason occur, In case, order Id has been generated and paid partially, Cancellation of existing order will attract 10% cancellation charges of total product value.
Cancellation due to non performance of solar system:
There are many factors which impacts the efficiency of solar system such as electricity situation in the city, how panels are installed, electrical parameters etc. Once, system is installed, it can not be taken back.
my Order 40454 April 18, 2022 at 15:07pm i complained to loom solar by apr 19th 2022 within 24hrs
for 150 Ah C-20 Tubular Battery amount Rs. 14,490
which price is higher then other online sellers like flipkart ₹12,399 and amazone Rs 12,349 so i requested for additional discount or any other offer for me.
but have no convincing reason for charging high price the others. now they are charging 10% of my loan amount
is this a valid reason to charge ? kindly reply

In the name of Bright Interiors B 1436 greenfield colony Faridabad Bill I receive from loom solar that is name of Dheeraj which is wrong I want will in the name of Bright Interiors every day I am calling Deepti For new bill in the name of Bright Interiors that still not came to me And my system is also not working good for that I am also calling every day but no one is coming to check that Installer sent by Loom Solar was not good technical man so he cannot explain me everything and my system is not working good please send someone to check it thanks
