Warranty Timeline

  • One year conditional warranty is offered on all our eyewear, applicable from the date of delivery.
  • 6 months Warranty is offered on Mask Sunglasses.

Warranty includes

This warranty includes: damages caused to the product due to corrosion, rusting, coating burst/peel off, peeling of color and color fading.

Warranty excludes

Lenskart warranty does not cover: Product breakage, scratches, damages caused by accident, mishandling, negligence, shock, tampering and loss of components or accessories, improper use or storage of the product; unauthorized modifications or repairs; normal wear & tear.

Warranty conditions

  • This warranty will automatically terminate on the expiry of the warranty period.
  • This warranty is valid only when purchased through Lenskart.com
  • The decision of the company on the nature of the defects and applicability of the warranty will be final.
  • The company will, in no event be liable or obligated for the payments/refund of any special incidental or consequential damages

We have a seperate Warranty policy for all the Branded products which includes Ray-Ban, Carrera, Vogue etc.

Warranty requirements

Please ensure all three requirements below are met for us to process your warranty claim:
  • Please email the pictures of the product to be duly validated to support@lenskart.com along with the order ID.
  • Pack all the product properly in One single box to avoid any transit related damage.
  • Please send back all accessories received along with the product to avoid any delays in claim
