    On behalf of my mother in law Ms. VIjaya A (H.NO.9-958, YSR COLONY, PHASE-2, IDA BOLLARAM, MEDAK.Hyderabad 502325 Telangana) I have given a order for Kodak XPRO 102cm 40 (inch Full HD LED Smart TV
    Warranty: 1 Year Warranty 1. [IMEI/Serial No: 40FHDXCSMT19080) with flipkart on 01/10/2019 and received it on 04/10/2019 but due to the damaged piece it got replaced with another and received it again on 10/10/2019. But it got installed on 1st of Nov 2019.
    Just after one year of time the Kodak XPRO 102cm 40 (inch Full HD LED Smart TV has stopped working and there is no display and it was dead totally. When I called them they said the warranty period of one year is over and we can’t help you anymore for this to be replaced or repaired.
    But in their mail they have mentioned that they are giving me additional 3 more months warranty but now they are not responding to any of my queries pertaining to this damaged / dead Kodak XPRO 102cm 40 (inch Full HD LED Smart TV.
    Please try to check this tv and replace it with another or repair it as this Kodak XPRO 102cm 40 (inch Full HD LED Smart TV is still under warranty.
    from 10/10/2019-10/10/2020 (it is one year warranty) completed but as they mentioned in the mail which they sent me to baleswar@gmail.com that “As a goodwill gesture we have provided you the extended warranty of 3 months on your TV” it has still some more time for the warranty period to complete.
    Hence request you to take this damaged / dead “Kodak XPRO 102cm 40 (inch Full HD LED Smart TV” and replace it or repair it asap or else let me know I will take some necessary steps from my side to publish this in all the social networks and also in the consumer affairs / complaints to get it resolved.
