The offline booking of Jio Phone has started in some parts of Delhi – NCR region. The official date to start the pre booking online and offline is 24th August. If you’re lucky you might find your nearest Jio store taking Jio Phone booking offline already.
Interested buyers can book the phone for a price of Rs 500 only on the first-come-first-serve basis.
The rest of the amount, Rs. 1000, can be paid at the time of delivery.
JioPhone users can use the JioPhone for 36 months, and can get a full refund of the security deposit of Rs. 1,500 by returning the used JioPhone.

You can book Jio Phone offline at any nearest Jio Store. One person is allowed to book only one unit of Jio Phone. So, Please carry Aadhaar card while going to the Jio Phone store.

Follow these steps to book Jio Phone offline via Jio Store
- Visit the nearest Reliance Jio store or Jio Center .
- Show them your Aadhaar card.
- You can only book 1 Jio phone per Aadhaar card.
- If you’re a company, you can make multiple bookings by providing your PAN or GSTN number.
- There are no charges to book a Jio Phone.
- You only need to pay for the phone at the time of delivery.

How to book Jio Phone online
Jio Phone bookings will start at 5:30pm on August 24 via the MyJio app, official website, and authorised Reliance Jio offline retailers.
How to book Jio Phone?
To book JioPhone using the MyJio app, just open the app and tap on the Prebook Now option. Next, provide your phone number and the pincode of the area you live in, and tap on Proceed. That’s it, you will get a booking ID on the app as well as SMS, which you can refer to while picking it up from the designated retailer.
Documents you need to book JioPhone?
First thing to note is that anyone who doesn’t owe an Aadhaar card can’t book JioPhone. It is mandatory for the buyer to have a Aadhaar card. Apart from the Aadhaar details, the consumers will be required to provide some more details like – name, address, email ID, and phone number. After which, Jio it seems will provide the consumer with a token number with which they will be able to track their order.
