Wrost wrost service. They are just trained to repeat same sentence. No customer service. PLS DONT EVER BUY EXTENDED WARRENTY FROM JEEVES.Fraud company and cheating people. They never send technician home. It is almost 14 days since my TV got repaired and they are simply saying the same thing. We will send the technician.
I bought the Mi 4X 108 cm (43) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart Android TV in September 2020 and now there is some problem with the display and its almost two months I had raised complaints thrice with the Jeeves support team. Despite the frequent follow ups, I see no response from the concerned team. Really getting frustrated by the irresponsible behavior of the concerned departments.
Very trash and hopeless After- Sales service. I don’t recommend this company to anybody. They came and checked my TV and for 20 days no sign of anything. Wether the parts ordered or when it will be available. We were totally kept in dark. No customer centricity.
worst service center, i came across in India. no coordination between technician and service person, technician reports the issue A, service person do the formality of correcting issue B. Its been more than one month, very tiny issue of choking of pipe couldn’t work that was installed by themselves.

I wish to complain about JBL Soundbar 2.1 with the wireless subwoofer that I purchased on16/07/2020 from Amazon India.
Your company technician Vinod Nipare 8888668025 vivsted the site & without providing a solution closed the case, when I had words he told me as this case is pending since so many days, my manager asked me to close the ticket without solution.
Is this a way to provide service to your clients?
I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem.
If you want to hear from you even if I already sent legal notice to JBL, I will move further with my complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies
and consider my legal alternatives.

Its a fraud company.. cheating public in the name of extended warranty.. my thomson tv purshased in flipfkart with extended warranty got repaired on 18thdec 2020.. technician came on 19th and said board need to be replaced and placed request in company.. till now no reply from their side.. inspite of continuous follow ups and mails no proper response from them.. when will this be solved.. no hope…

Technician came on & told that its circuit board power supply problem & some part needed to be changed which will be done next day. But on my repeated call he came on 26dec after 20 days to replace the circuit borad, but on the next day of replaclement, tv again started giving same starting problem with my mcb going down, i thought it may be some switch problem but on using other equipment i found it was ok & problem is with tv only so i again booked a complaint, this time another technitian came & told that its power supply problem with board & it need to be changed as he didnt knew that it is changed 4-5 days ago by company.
I just wast to update you that on 26th dec the part which was replaced was faultly by the company & now without any further delay i want my tv to be replaced/repaired as soon as possible. As i am suffring with problem from more then a month..
