I bought the following medicines for my wife Mrs Suguna S from Pradhan Mantri Bharathiya Jan Aushadhi Kendra #57, 1st cross, Mahakavi Kuvempu Road, Maruthi Extension, Srirampuram, Bengaluru-560021 on 21.06.1921 at 4.26 pm:-
1. Anastrozole Tablets
40 tablets. Rs.312.00
2. Calcium with Vitamin
D Tabs CALSHREE D3
45 tablets.
3. Vitamin D Calsijoint D 4
capsules.

The person incharge of the above said Janaushadhi Kendra was reluctant to give me the bill for the above purchase of medicines. On my insistence, he issued bill only for Anastrazole tablets. He refused to issue the bill for other two medicines i.e., Calcium tablets and Vitamin D capsules. He was rude and autocratic. He told me that these two medicines will not come under the purview of Pradhan Mantri Janaushadhi Scheme. Hence bill will not be issued.
Please look into the matter and initiate suitable action against the above said dealer.
