Report Google Pay transaction

if the money hasn’t been received after three business days, follow these steps.

Note: Only the sender can report a transaction. If you’re waiting to receive money from someone, ask them to report the transaction.

  1. Open Google Pay .
  2. Open the transaction that you want to report.
  3. At the top-right, tap More Moreand then Raise a dispute.
  4. Tap Continue.

Most disputed transactions are resolved within two weeks.

  2. In the top-right corner, click Get help.
  3. Select your issue.

Contact us through the Google Pay app

If you can’t find a solution to your issue in our Help Centre, you can contact us to help you find a solution. To contact us, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Google Pay app.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap Help and feedback.
  4. Tap Request a callback or chat.

Request a Call Back

You can also make a request a callback anytime from the Google Pay App.

  1. Open the Google Pay app and go to settings.
  2. Scroll down and find ‘Help & Feedback’ option and tap on it.
  3. Now scroll down to ‘Contact us’ section and tap on round blue button saying ‘Phone’.
  4. Here, enter your name, country and mobile number if they’re not there already. Also, describe your issue in a few words (its optional).
  5. Now, click on the submit button. You will soon receive a call from Google Pay customer care Receive that call and talk to the customer care representative.
