Google Pay does not provide customer care number.
If you send money to someone but, they haven’t received it yet, and recharge failed but money deducted then you can report the transaction after three days following these steps.
* Open Google Pay
* Open the transaction that you want to report.
* At the top right corner, tap More
Most disputed transactions are resolved within two weeks.
Complaint us through the Google Pay app

- Open the Google Pay app.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Help and feedback.
- Tap Request a callback or chat.
Report suspicious activity
If you believe that your Google account has been misused on Google Pay (e.g. through suspicious or unauthorized charges), contact a Google Pay Grievance Officer.
