I had paid online for a product from Fosso.They accepted the amount and gave order i.d.They told that it will be dispatched by Seller.After 10days also same page.When tried to contact them by email,phone no response.I could not cancel it also.
I had to go to CYBER CRIME POLICE,If I did not get the refund.

i ordered a product on 29/04/21 with Order ID: Fo2904202163315217 but until now there is no update it is showing (Your order has been confirmed by seller. “Seller will processed your order from fosso warehouse center Delhi “) till date. Tried contacting them but there is no reply from them. Product is not getting Cancelled also so Please try to update me with delivery time or Cancel it.
