I ordered a phone moto g71 on 1 May 2022 (Order ID OD 124826067732035000) it had to delivery on 3 May 2022 but not delivered and the app shows the product arrived at 6.49 am on 3 May 2022 to the nearest delivery point within 5 km to the delivery address. Again I got the delivery update at 20.01 on 3 May 2022 show that it will be delivered on 5 May 2022 after few minutes I got a update at 21.17 on 3 May 2022 cannot delivery because we could not get in touch with you. Then I send the feedback they did not contact me. Again on 5 May 2022 i make a call at 6 pm on 18002029898 about the delivery they check the status and inform me i will deliver within one hour that is 7 pm but not delivered again i call the same number to check status they will deliver tomorrow. So i call on 6 May 2022 at 7.10 am to register a complaint against the delay delivery of the product ( Complaint no. IN 22050517375728145926) so i need speedy delivery.

What the heck…I booked one day delivery..since it’s been 2 days where is my delivery I tracked my order.i found It in my nearest hub which I was living in the same city,still I didn’t get any call from Flipkart services such a worst service of Ekart I have never seen……
For the past 7 days my order is waiting for shipping.it seems ⁰some issue they are facing on delivery and the executives not revealing that.please stop the services if u r facing any challenge otherwise it will affect the brand value.
i booked a laminator machine on 13 september-2021. but Still my Product is not delivered to me till date 24/09/2021.

I have ordered Lenovo Tab M8 (2nd Gen) FHD 3GB RAM 32 GB ROM 8 INCH with WiFi + 4G Tablet (platinum Grey) on 12 august 2021(Order ID OD122561540894302000) , it had to get delivered on 19th August 2021. On app it was showing out of delivery from 17th August but today is 20th August but still not delivered and now the order has been cancelled from Flipkart saying that three unsuccessful delivery attempts were made by them .But in reality I had not received a single call from any of the flipkart person till date .Also I have lodged a complaint/ feedback around 15 time ( Flipkart complaint reference id IN2102011391912784463) from 17th August to 20th August 2021 to deliver the product as soon as possible since i had made some commitment regarding that product, if they are not able to deliver the product then tell me the address of their hub I shall pickup my product, but not to cancel the product.
But all my efforts were worthless as I contacted flipkart
Now if I order again , same number of days will be required to get deliver ( or it may be possible that again I dont receive the product) so it is just a matter for loss of money, time, efforts and resources.
Sir , I need justice in this matter .
