How to register a complaint with Flipkart delivery?

  1. Call on Flipkart’s toll-free customer service number to lodge your grievance. Dial 1800-208-9898  to speak to a Flipkart customer care executive. Please explain your issue in a clear and concise manner for better Solution.
  2. The flipkart customer care executive will ask for some information like your Order ID, registered mobile number or email ID, in order to raise an official complaint. After this, you will receive an acknowledgement number, which you can use to follow up.
  3. Alternatively, you can submit your complaint on the Flipkart App or website. This can be done by filling a grievance form available on the website. Once you give all the details about your order and related issues, you will receive updates about your complaint in your Flipkart account.
