I’m one of excitel customer my service was close last 8days due to Upgrade, excitel team told me to update your connection coper wire to fiber for speed update. I paid 1000/- refundable amount but till date no updation done I don’t know why ? 8days is long time period kindly take some positive action to do need full my excitel plan I’m really very thank full to you
totally fed up with the services of excitel. no one going to listen everytime they gave excuse and nothing else. from last one week continuously calls and whats app discussion i had made with the staff of excitel but everytime they said we will solve your query in next one hour but they are unable to do.
i asked them to transfer my connection from one place to another place i will gave you the charges but from one week they are unable to gave me proper solution. i think i have to complaint to consumer court regarding this. they way the staff talks with me on phone recording is with me.
