Ekart has worst delivery boy in my area 380001 his name is jilani he delivered me a parcel which had mobile in it iphone 14+ the box of product was drastically damaged by fire or something.. I said I don’t want the parcel as flipkart has open box delivery.. he refused to accept the return and started using bad language saying mera kaam nyi hai wapas hub pe jaake deke aa… after that I ordered same mobile.. but now as he knows my name and address he is not delivering the parcel and canceling delivery by false attempts please remove such people’s from the job and keep some sincere ones who know there work and are not egoistic

I have exchange my oppo f11 phone with Reno 7 ..delivery boy come to collect my order and he search my phone for half an hour after that he said your phone screen is changed but that was not true the term and condition of exchange was screen is damage scratches how can a delivery boy check his software and refuse to exchange. I purchased a realme mobile with exchange offer of 4900 for my OPPO f3 old mobile , order Id-OD223235869249746000. Delivery boy md. Sahnwaj arrived on 31.10.21 and while receiving my old mobile he claimed that my old mobile has some body scractch and as per flipkart t&c old mobile price reduced from 4900 and you have to pay cash 2600 . Unfortunately at that time I have no other mobile to search flipkart app because all data of old mobile was deleted. Then I pay 2600 in cash with my old mobile and received new realme narzo30. after installing flipkart I see that in flipkart showing only 850 (750 + 100) was paid by me to delivery boy , but I paid 2600 . Than I realise that delivery boy cheated me , I tried to call him but couldn’t connect. Please help . This is a cheating matter. I had to pay 4699rs to the delivery boy but he demanded 6150rs for exchange .And I had given 6150rs to him I wanted to pay digitally but he denied. He dimanded cash payment. I thought it should be displayed in your system but now your customer care inform us that the payment should be 4699rs . I am writing to inform you all to check the behavior and negligence of your delivery boys with customers. I ordered 1 product with orders ID OD121909254036250000 a delivery date of 30th May but due to some issues it has been rescheduled to 31st May. Therefore, I was expecting to get my parcel on 31st May before 04:00 PM. I called customer services atleast 10 times and requested to deliver it on priority, started calling delivery boy from 10:00 AM, he picked my call two to three times and he was too rude to me. He asked me to come and collect your product and we couldn’t deliver at your home. I was pleading him to deliver before 04:00 PM but after 03:00 PM he started rejecting my call.
Requesting you to please take up the matter with delivery boy and take necessary action against him, with this kind of service I am not interested anymore in Flipkart.

Your one delivery van delivered the said order on entering our premises at 537,Rabindra Sarani,Kolkata.
After delivery while exiting premises striked one parked car and badly damaged
it at left side rear door and diver run away after damaging the said parked vehicle.
It is very serious issue and I,owner of the vehicle lodge strong complaint against van driver and helper.
Please resolve issue to the full satisfaction or I will be compelled to lodge a FIR at the local police station.
