Access the DTC’s Web Site and register the Complaint at Grievance Cell. Be specific aboput the nature of the complaint, what you id to get the matter redressed— i.e. whether you sought help from the Conductor, and what was his/her response. If you lodegd a complaint at the BUs STation nerer to you, forward a copy.. If no response is coming in reasonable time, address a direct letter to the MD DTC or its Chairman.
If, and only if, the compllaint pertains to deficiency in service as a Public carrier, the Complaint may be filed with the District Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum. You can access their web Site and do this. and file the formal complaint , attaching all the Documents , the format of which can be had from the Web Site or in the Forum office.
