How to deactivate Jio caller tune service?
There are two ways via which you can deactivate Jio Tune or as you call it Jio caller tune.
First is by dialing 155223 from the Jio number for which you wish to deactivate the JioTune. After you dial the above number and select your preferred language, press 1 and your JioTune will be deactivated in 2 hours.
Second is via sms. Here you need sms ‘STOP’ to 56789 or 155223 from your Jio number on which you want deactivate the JioTune. Once you send this sms, you receive another sms which you need to reply by typing ‘1’ within the next 30 minutes and your JioTune will get deactivated within the next 2 hours.
You can deactivate JioTunes using two easy methods-

a1. SMS: 56789
– SMS Stop to 56789 and follow the process to deactivate your JioTunes subscription.
– JioTunes will be deactivated and you will receive deactivation confirmation SMS on your mobile
a2. SMS: 155223
– SMS Stop to 155223 and select the option to deactivate the service subscription or Tone subscription.
– JioTunes will be deactivated and you will receive deactivation confirmation SMS on your mobile.
b. IVR:
– Dial 155223 from your JioMobile and follow the IVR to select the option to deactivate the JioTunes service.
– JioTunes will be deactivated and you will receive deactivation confirmation SMS on your mobile.
