Worst ever service by any mobile phone company my mobile has been their in the service centre from 6 months now, All they are saying that we are not getting parts from the warehouse. Worst customer service ever, Never buy Chinese product’s.
we have purchase coolpad mobile,but display not working within 10 days.kindly replace mobile.
coolpad mobile is 3rd class mobile …customer care and service center is also 3rd class and worst….they sold defect mobile ….and cheat with customer…give me my money back or exchange my mobile..i dont wont coolpad mobile…if u guys not taking any action i will upload every social side..and every where…
Coolpad is a third class service support, they just cell there phone but when you go for service they just took your phone and keep it with them like that we bought the just just from them to keep in there service centre. They are taking 2-3 month just to change a fingerprint sense in coolpdnote5. and service centre team are 3rd class in support, in response and they use abuse language also. When i went to service center they said mam we cant share escalation matrix same is available with on line at coolpad site but nothing is available there also he said i cant do anything please speak to collpad when coolpad will give the part to me then only i can help you. please talk to coolpad customer care. i will suggest don’t but a coolpad phone its reduculas.
Third class service of Coolpad service center & coolpad company also……don’t buy coolpad company’s product…..wastage of time and money.

JS17030400807 h. and ab mujhe fon nhi chahiye mujhe refund chahiye, ya app mujhe 3..4 din me fon dijiye. aplog mujhe bhot haras kr chuke h agr app log ab mujhe fon nhi dena chahte to mujhe dinile letter de dijiye. otherwise mujhe majburi me consumer court jana parega monday ko. ek to app fon nhi de rhe h dusra haras kr rhe h. and agr app mujhe iske alawa dusra model de skte h to de de joextra ammount hoga mai paid kr dunga, agr apke pass ye option h to de de plzzz. i request you. munjhe coolpad cool 1 pasand h agr ho sake to app mujhe wo fon provide krwa dijiye,, wrna mujhe monday ko consumer court se help lena parega. thank u

Very poor service by service centre ..it sucks… it’s been a 3 month now I have given my mobile cool pad cool1 to repair (to change display) they are not dng any follow up … I need to go there every tym to remind them regarding this … I’m facing so much of trouble … in my personal n professional life without mobile …it’s a ultimatum nw… they r saying that company has nt responded yet to their..mail …please do the need full ..can’t wait any more … ur service sucks..my mobile number is 9604712150 and the service centre is Goa state Panjim city .. behind Patto plaza job sheet number is JS 17030800477 n pls change ur service provider ..they r very careless 3 month is just more than disgusting..

I’m Salim naik from miraj I have coolpad dazen and some technical problem that’s why I well gave this mobile on 09.01.2016 to our kolhapur brnch but this gayes are not taking probably yesterday 26.02.2016 I took my mobile it’s to much long time and open the back cover then I see Der some body is damaged last year I purchased minimum 5 pieces coolpad dazen so please conform and talk with us ur kolhapur brnch
