How can I file a complaint of a GST fraud?
If you are a victim of GST fraud, lodge your complaint on the official website of Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs. You can post your complaint by clicking on the link:

While posting complaints, you must include the name and address of the shop/restaurant/organization that has defrauded you.
2. Send an e-mail
If you don’t want to post your complaint on the website, you can send an email to cbecmitra.helpdesk@icegate.gov.in. Your mail must contain all the details of the complaint and you can also include supporting documents if any.
