What if I get a damaged package?
Sorry to hear about that, please take a picture before opening the package. Then check whether you’ve received full order. If you have any doubts on this order, please contact support center.
Can I refuse a package when it is delivered to me?
You’d better not refuse a package when it is delivered to you. But if you do, additional service fee may occur, varying by countries. You may also accept it first then submit a return request via support center.
(Note: If you do not want the order, please cancel it before shipment.)
How to return
For non-quality related reason of return, You can raise a request to return your items with these simple steps:
- 1. Download our app and open it
- 2. Log into your account
- 3. Click on ‘Apply for Return’ at the end of page
- 4. Click on ‘Return’ against the item you wish to return
- 5. Fill in the details and submit a return request
After submitting a return request, you can either schedule a pickup or mail the return package by yourself.
The pickup fee is ₹90/package, which will be deducted from your refund total. But if it is our fault for a return (like wrong products or damaged products), please find customer service under My Account for a free pickup.
