The rest of the amount, Rs. 1000, can be paid at the time of delivery.
JioPhone users can use the JioPhone for 36 months, and can get a full refund of the security deposit of Rs. 1,500 by returning the used JioPhone.

How to book the JioPhone Online ?

Follow the steps mentioned below to pre-book Jio Phone using MyJio App.
Step 1 – Download MyJio App
Step 2 – Open MyJio App. You will be shown the Pre Booking Screen.
Step 3 – Click on Pre Book Now button
Step 4 – Enter your mobile number and the PIN CODE of the place you want the phone to be delivered
Step 5 – Click Proceed
Step 6 – You will be shown multiple payment options. Select the payment medium of your choice
Step 7 – On successful payment, you will be shown confirmation screen along with confirmation message of successful booking of phone
Congratulations! you have successfully pre booked Jio Phone using the MyJio App.
If you want to book Jio Phone for your friends or family simply go to booking screen of MyJio App. Follow instruction specified in Step 4.
Then proceed to payment.
A confirmation message will be sent on your mobile as well as on the mobile of the person for whom you are booking the Jio Phone.

Documents you need to book JioPhone?

First thing to note is that anyone who doesn’t owe an Aadhaar card can’t book JioPhone. It is mandatory for the buyer to have a Aadhaar card. Apart from the Aadhaar details, the consumers will be required to provide some more details like – name, address, email ID, and phone number. After which, Jio it seems will provide the consumer with a token number with which they will be able to track their order.
