Hi,
Launched a complaint about the delivery of my order in Chennai, on Monday (April 4th, 2022). No one from Bisleri contacted me as the order was not delivered yet. Its been more than 24 hrs, Bisleri did not resolve the issue. I have been a subscriber for the past 5 months for home delivery of water bottles. Every month, this is the case. I requested to escalate this to management, but no one from management responds, other than the customer service rep. The customer service manager Mr. Ramesh in Chennai is of no use and help resolve the issue. There had been many complaints raised by me and I am left with no other option other than cancelling the subscription. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!
