Bangalore Electricity Supply Company Limited has extended the single-point central customer complaints receiving centre facility to consumers in rural areas to lodge their complaints.
A new toll-free telephone number will be established at the centre with number 1800-425-26-27 from February 10. Complaints such as failure of transformers, interruption in power supply, snapping of conductors, falling of poles, fuse of call and so on could be lodged by calling the toll-free number.

Here every alternate days power cut off. That too in the night time.not able to sleep properly.

Whenever there is some rain and wind the power is off for example today at Jodi Krishnapura village Kolar District Karnataka since 7 pm and your employees take excuse of rain and say it will come in some time which is very vague.It is like losing the nose of one sneezes ,this business of power going every time there is rain in a prestigious area like Narasapura Indl Area.What impression for we want to give to all those multinational properties which have come here trusting us.

Generally we receive on 1swt of every month. We haven’t received bills for the month of JULY- 2019.

Sir it’s Ravi kumar from hoodi halt sir it’s now 12:20 the power cut was at 10:30 something sir it’s been 2 hours but power cut but not at come back every day it’s happening 5/6 times a days being a student even if we dnr sleep at nit a peace fully when do well sleep while studing time that to now our exams on head going on now u only day who is responsible for it now at late nite I’m seating and making a complaint are worked do take salary for this only for power cut they sleep peace fully becoz they got govt. Job life settle but wtmhat umabt we youngstars we did not even start my request is please do take strict action on it please

Since two months Reading has not taken and bill has not generated to pay. We sent out office boy many times , he is replying line man is not there. Again sent to Kodihalli Main office to get the bill, they written and given. No new bill generated , how much power consumed also not shown in that bill. Please help us in this regard to solve this issue.

None of the above mentioned numbers work .. either they are not reachable or we continuously hear a message that this number is busy…your in a queue or the number is switched off….. Why give such numbers for customers help ane cheat them… There is no power for last 6-7 hours in HBr layout and hennur area. What are you’ll doing ?????!

No one person is response after call on customer care number. Either mobile number is switched OFF or landline phone is always busy. I think BESCOM officers are lazy.
what is the RR Number and ID Number what are the Valid proof of electricity connection (which documents provided by BESCOM to consumer as proof of vaild connection)
KEB person behave very rude. And I have already paid my bill amount. But that KEB Person is telling that he will disconnect my electricity connection if my neighbors failed to pay the bill within 2 days. is there any rules to disconnect my connection because of others. i am getting irritated to talk with him as he is treating the consumers like dirt.

Power supply to our entire Apartments in Varthur is down since yesterday 6 pm. Till now after 17 hours, its still the same., Not able to reach anyone on the telephone also. We are just managing with Generator. All telephone lines to BESCOM are BUSY always. Please introduce 1000 telephone lines so that the lines will not be engaged for such a long time. Is there any Emergency nos. with BESCOM.???? Its so pathetic to learn no responsible officers are at service. Can anyone please advise ?? Where are the so called “Power” Ministers now ??????? What is electricity plan in karanataka, I had seen in villeges of all karanataka in day time all electricity pole light is ON conditions, so please save electricity for feature.
well said Jadhav, There are no proper authority matrix i think. Who is responsible for not switching off street lights during the day ? Where are the Executive Engineers ? There are no street lights to the entire stretch of Varthur Road from Varthur Kodi, and lot of accidents happen. Let BESCOM wake up and try to do some wothwhile jobs. Probably if some Ministers or guys in politics start staying this side of the city, the infrastructure will improve.
