Reserve Bank of India has created a set of rules and regulations that every customer has to keep in mind while filing a complaint, otherwise may even reject the application. Few basic rules and regulations to file a complaint are:-

1 . You can file an online complaint or a written complaint.

2. Your application can only be accepted by Banking Lokpal if you have first approached the concerned bank in written regarding the issue.

3. The complaint at Banking Lokpal can only be registered after minimum 30 days from the date of filing a complaint in the concerned bank.

4. You can only complain to banking Lokpal if you filed a complaint within a year from the date of receipt of complaint file in the concerned bank.

5. Don’t forget to attest all the necessary details related to bank account and issues, as all these information is asked by Banking Lokpal to investigate the case.

6. You can also upload your proofs online in pdf or txt file only.

  1. The person who introduced me himself as an employee (Rajesh Bhatt) of account department of IRDAI. He suggested me that I eligible to get REVISONERY BONUS , Commission and Terminal Bonus. For getting the same amount he asked me to deposit the amount in to 4 different bank accounts of company name: “GMR (Gurranteed Money Refund) Solution” in the month of June 2023. I have deposited all the amount as per his advice to his mentioned bank accounts. After that when I came to know that this was a fack call Immediately on 3rd july 2023 late evening I have complained for the incident in local cyber crime 1930. I have received Grievance Acknowledgment number:31107230079252 on 5th July 2023. Now the person from his mobile number: 7042443223 calling me to unfreeze any one account out of the three accounts of GMR Solution and assuring me on phone 110℅ half the amount will be deposited in @ 7 days and remaining half amount will be deposited in one to two months time. If in 7 days the half amount will not get deposited in to my account then I can again allowed to freeze the bank account and can take strict action against him. Repeatedly I have approached cyber crime dept. on his Repeated requests, but cyber crime department recommended me to ask him to deposit all the amount from another bank accounts of the fake caller. Then only unfreezing can be possible. Is there any alternative way to resolve such problem.

    my account no is 8413157090, Jagdish Dobariya. I have open this account on condition of zero balance account and clear with sales person Jayur Bathani in spite of that bank changed minimum balance not maintain charge rs.708 july and rs. 708 august 2020 without informing me in advance as warning your balance is law.

    Then they are unncessary delaying the Process
    1 employee Named Pravin was rude as hell he doesnt know how to talk with Customer
    After that they told it wont happen now After asking Reason he told
    ” Bas nai hoga kabhi hota h kabhi nai hota hai yh sarkari Bank hai ”
    Pls solve this issue as soon as possible
    One of the worst Case scenario i ever came accross in a Banking sector
