    My sincere apologies for approaching you for a small reason.

    I had ordered a Bosch Aquatak 125, but unfortunately , instead of one , I ordered two.

    When the products were delivered , I was not at home.

    I got in touch with one Mr Anshuman on 01 Nov 2022 around 1230 hrs, and requested him that I would like to return one machine.

    I was told that it is not possible.

    It was a genuine mistake on my part to have ordered two machines but your company must also understand that it was a mistake on my part.

    I would request if you could consider helping me to resolve this issue.

    I am writing regarding my order no. # 402-7186899-8374757 Dt. 3rd Oct 2021 for LG washing Machines ( @ 30900 – 1000 discount – 4840 exchange value of my old front load fully automatic washing m/c of 8 kgs, with effective buying price of Rs. 25250/-) . On 7th of Oct i received my product which has scratches and also box was not sealed. Immediately posted pictures of product on Amazon and requested for call back and explained the condition to your customer service and requested them for the replacement. Meanwhile your vendor called the order with rejection remarks and take back the product. Your customer service refused to give replacement of the product and informed refund will come in 3-4 working days and asked to place order again. When am placing order, product price is increased, even exchange value has gone down to 50% and am being asked to shell out additional Rs. 5000 for the same product for which i have made the payment 3 days back. Again called up your customer service and they informed that they cannot do anything as this is the policy. Is this Amazon’s policy to harrass the customers. Firstly Amazon did not get the quality check of the product they are sending to me and sent damaged and open product and now asking me to pay additional Rs. 5000 for the same product. Why customer is being paralyzed for the fault of Amazon. Is this how Amazon works and are their policies?

I have ordered oneplus 9R smartphone from Amazon and being a prime member was supposed to reveive it on same day that is 22nd June 2021, after so many follow up with customer service on 24th june the delivery boy came at our place and said that the parcel is with someone else and will reach in some time but after so many calls the boy said that please cancel your order, we are asked not to deliver your order.

    Finally i have received my product on 26th june 2021 and after unboxing the Phone was missing and there was 2 Ghadi soaps now the investigation team is asking to wait for 5 days to reply. I have unboxing Video also.. I need resolution to this.

    Today I received a call from Amazon India Mobile No.+919432526694 from a women and Mr.. Siddharth stating that I am entitled to a free gift from the following selection:

    5. Refrigerator
    Hence i opted for i-phone 11. then I was told that I have to make a purchase of Rs. 4,999/- maximum of three items. So I selected the following:
    1. Surf Excelmatic washing liquid for front loading Washing Machine I litre = Rs. 355
    2. Gala twin bucket spin mop with 2 refills and 1 liquid dispenser 1 no.= Rs. 889
    3. Seagate Expansion 1.5 GB External HDD 1 no. = Rs.3,999
    Total amounting to Rs. 5,243
    which I paid online to Amazon India Acc. No.881039170972 IFSC COde DBSS0IN0811 dated 04.05.2021 (copy enclosed)
    Subsequently, I was told that since amazon was having some CSGST mismatch issues for paying GST for Rs.9,999.09 so I was asked to pay it online into the same account. I paid Rs. 9,999.90 into the account (copy enclosed).
    Again I was told that was a GST mismatch and I have to repay the same amount again. I would be refunded the two amounts once the payment iss made as the gift of i-phone -11 is free.
    The confirmation order is mentioned in the subject above. Mr. Rajat Agarwal of the dispatch department, Amazon India contacted me over mobile no.+919433165381. He has promised to call tomorrow at 9:00hrs. for facilitating repayment.
    I would like to request your organization to resolve the issue. I have been transacting with Amazon India for years and have never faced this problem.
    The issue may be resolved.

    As per below mail, the order cancelled and delivery returned without contact to the customer.

    Nobody has contacted before cancelling the order.

    I had received the order cancellation message and I had complained to customer care.

    I couldn’t agree with the way of order being cancelled and returned back the product without informing the customer.

    If this is the policy of Amazon, surely customers will refuse the service of Amazon in the very future.

    Amazon logistics teams have authorized to cancel the order without confirming or informing customer means, the policy of the amazon delivery is the very worst way of doing business.

    Please rework on the policy of the delivery and make sure that the order cancellation should be done by only the customer not the logistics team.

    I hope Amazon will work for customer centric and satisfy the customer need to become the best service and make business.

    I have been regular customer of amazon.But your logistic (delhvery) partner disappointing me everytime.Today my fan was supposed to be delivered.But he called me early in the morning and asked to pick it up from their facilty only.This has become everyday business.Once I had complained but useless.Their facility is located 25 kms away from my home.There is no one at home to get that package from 25 kms.I stay here in Mumbai.At my village my mom dad stay.Once I had ordered 50 inches LG smart tv but as could not go there to pick that tv they return it back.Status was seen as address was insufficient while i am oredering since long on the same address.Hope you will do the needful

    This is rahul verma i have ordered redmi note 10 frost white color mobile on 18 th april 2021 but on 24 th april i got redmi note 10 green color mobile so i have complaint regarding wrong product delivered to me on your customer care no they have told me that i have processed the replacement and the correct product will delivered to you within 2th may 2021 they have also send the mail for the same.28 th of April i hv seen my order in amazon app that my phone is not yet dispatched so i have once again called on customer care no then he informed that due to some reason product can not delivered on 2 may and they hv commit me that product will be in stock on 1st may and after that product will be delivered to you before 3 to 4 may. I accept your request for the same.Now today i have seen it is still showing the same status product not yet dispatched so i have again called on your customer care no they told me product will be delivered on 22 may 2021.
    I hv been struggling since 18 april no customer care is giving correct information.i feel like cheated by amazon. Every time i called on customer care they are giving different information. Being reputed organization like amazon i am not expecting that much ignorance and false commitment.
    Please find the screenshot of commitment given by your customer care executive. I have wait almost 15 days now ur customer care is saying that u can processed for refund why should i process for refund i want my product on time.
