How do I download the app?
You can download the Amazon Flex app on your mobile device by visiting the Amazon Flex website at https://flex.amazon.in or by entering this URL directly in your mobile phone web browser: https://logistics.amazon.in/app/download-app/
To update security settings for the app:
1) Go to Settings > Security
2) Turn on Unknown Sources
3) Go to your phone’s My Files or Downloads folder and tap the Amazon Flex icon to install.
What should I do if I am experiencing technical issues in the app?
If you encounter a technical error while using the app, it helps to try signing out then back in to the app. You can call Support for immediate assistance. You can submit feedback by tapping the menu button, then tap Feedback or you can also e-mail the following information to firstname.lastname@example.org for resolution:
1) Description of the issue
2) Date and time at which the issue occurred
3) Screen shot of the error message or issue in the app, if applicable
4) Support code, if applicable
