Any grievances relating to the Return and Refund Policy may be directed by you to the grievance officer of AJIO who can be contacted at grievance.officer@ajio.com.

What should I do if I miss my delivery?

We understand that you are always on the go – Maybe attending a cocktail party, chilling out by the beach or working hard in your office. We make three attempts on three consecutive business days. In case you miss the delivery, give us a call on 1800 8899 991 or write to us at customercare@ajio.com and like a fashion genie, we will take care of it.

 

How do I return my product?

You can return a product at AJIO by logging in with your credentials and by visiting the My Account section. Click on Return Item and follow the steps mentioned to obtain the Return ID. Once the Return ID gets generated, For Fashion & Lifestyle products, please pack the following into a sealed bag:

1. The returned product

2. The price-tags

3. A piece of paper with the Order ID and Return ID written on it.

For Digital products, please pack the following into the returns bag provided to you upon delivery. This is a tamper free bag.

1. The returned product

2. The product box

3. A piece of paper with the Order ID and Return ID written on it.

From the time the Return ID is generated, we shall keep you posted on the date the refund towards your returned product would be initiated.

If we are picking up the product, we shall notify you with a promised pickup date.

If you’re shipping the product to us, your refund should get initiated within 1 Business Day from the moment we receive the returned product at our Warehouse.

  1. To Ajio Team,

    I placed an order for a Gant White Shirt which was purchased on 17th June 2022 and was returned on 21st June 2022 I have been following up since 27th June 2022. It cleared the quality check of return and I received an email that a refund has been initiated. It has been more than a month and I have still not received my refund.

    Can someone from Ajio please let me know when will I get my refund?

    I have been sending the information regarding my payment deducted by my bank for Carlton London Reptilian Pattern Shoulder black bag for past many days…
    I have been receiving emails from your desk saying that they will look into the matter, but sorry to say no action is being taken.
    Ajio is asking me for REFERENCE NO, how do I get the ref no. when you have not submitted it to me.

    Looks like this is a fraud to me.

    This is to bring to your notice that Mr Satish Khambe has ordered 2 dresses for our daughter last month. I have received them however there is issue with the size so decided to return that product . I have processed that return order but product has not been picked for return yet. I have not received any call for return however do receive call for scheduling the pickup it’s been a month now no action has been taken so would request to arrange for pickup of that product and refund the amount ASAP.

    This order is out for delivery from 2 or 3 days . I have not recieved this order
    The current status of order is “Out for Delivery” also I’m getting inbox messages that Order is “Out for Delivery”.
    I have recieved a message today stating that the courier service “xpreesbees” in my case is unable to deliver the package as my address is incomplete which is not true as i have placed many orders in the past with the same address.
    I want to cancel my order and please initiate the refund process as soon as possible.

  10. Hi ..I have been purchasing products from ajio since 4 yrs but since 2 yrs the service is v poor..especially with return issues..today a person picked up the return product and I m still getting call for rescheduling.and this is my second experience 45733216 is my return order number..
    For last return issue I followed up for 8 months..hope to get reply and refund this time soon

    Iam K.Kavitha from Coimbatore i ordered 9 items through Ajio app on Aug 1.Out of 9 i got only 8 one is missing , i intimated thru mail but till date no response.

    My missing item is stripped crew neck t-shirt xxl blue colour.
    Till date no response at all , so i request you to do the needful.

    This is the 30th time I am mailing you as the last email trail wasn’t helpful.

    I am sharing all available evidences for the Fraud done to me by AJIO.

    Firstly I would like to inform you that I ordered a converse shoes that was ordered on August 2nd 2021. It was delivered on August 9th 2021.

    When I opened the box I saw a wrong shoes delivered. I also clicked a photo of it as they were completly different from what I ordered.

    The product that was delivered was a AJIO BRAND Loafer shoes of brown color and the size was 10, however I ordered a converse shoes of size 8.

    I placed a return for it on 9th August and it was picked up on 10th August.

    I was waiting until 23rd as on the application it was showing as”Refund will be initiated after 23rd August” but on 21st August it was showing as “Return cancelled”.

    When I raised a ticket for it I got the statement from customer care team as “the product is still not picked”. So I shared a confirmation mail stating that the product is already picked on August 10th 2021.

    After this the customer care team changed their statement by saying that the product that I returned is a NON AJIO PRODUCT.

    I have clicked the photo of it while I saw a wrong product was delivered. The Loafer shoes was a AJIO BRAND SHOES and also it has a slip attached to it from AJIO. SO HOW CAN YOU SAY THAT IT IS NOT A AJIO PRODUCT?

    Your team has again returned me the same wrong product(AJIO LOAFER SHOES) of size 10.

    What should I do for this wrong done to me?

    By the way I have already raised a complaint against AJIO in consumer forum as your team has been mentally harassing me since last month for this silly mistake that they did.

    I am attaching the photographs of the shoes that was wrongly delivered to me again here.
    So please help me as I am in a big need of this refund or else please send me the Converse shoes that I ordered of size 8.

Ajio should bring new varieties atleast.. Same kurti same price and only 5 6 kurti.. How will the customer buy? So please make increase 51% kurtis variety..   33. I ordered a show, which turned out to be a fake Nike shoe. The sole came out in one wear. i am chasing Ajio since 3rd march 2021 to refund the amount paid. they are behaving weird and every time says we are working on your case. when you call and explain the entire thing to customer care, they disconnect the call. worst service and company ever found.

    My order No: FL0215097667

    I had purchased 4 products out of that I had already placed return request for 2 products (earings) in same day when I have received it, on 11th March 2021 from Xpressbees courier.

    Man from Ajio delivery came and took the return products on very next day i.e on 12th March from (Tracker.shadowfax.in ), where as in the app it was showing product will be collected by 18th Mar and amount will be credited after that, I had also received messages from Ajio that my return pick up is been attempted and amount will be refunded soon. But till date amount is not yet credited in my account.

    Still I have tried today to place again return request through Ajio app , mentioning my concern, but in app also it is not taking my return request and showing sending error , where as in app it’s showing I can return the product till 11th April.

    Such a pathetic service I have with Ajio!!
    Each and every time I have to take follow ups by visiting nearest Reliance Trend store, hope I can receive positive response at least from grievance officer.
    Kindly call me if any queries you have to credit the amount!!!

  38. I am very disappointed this app . I order one t shirt but it is to long then I return it. First thing the t shirt deliver before 5 days at the estimate time of delivery. I return it return I’d is RT32629510. But I wil not get any refund yet . And after 5 days the app is show the item is to be deliver me that item I am already returned it 5 days before .
