as per the appointment scheduling. If there is no doorstep facility available in your location, you will
have to carry the product to the nearest service center.

How to contact Saregama Carvaan nearest service center?

In case the product has any manufacturing defect or software issue, you can reach out to us on our toll
free number 18001027799. A service agent will come to your door step (if within serviceable area, else
you can drop and pick the product from the specified service center) and test the product thoroughly
against all issues or defects. If any issue found, the defective part will be replaced by the service agent.
In case the product is irreparable attributable to any manufacturing defect, it will be replaced by the
service agent.

0. Whom do I contact for After Sales Service within warranty period?
A dedicated toll free helpline number can be called up from 9 am to 9 pm from Mon- Sun. A service
agent/ technician will come to your home and check the product for any issues. Our after sales service
support is available through 260+ service centers.

The technician will investigate the product for any defects and issues. If the product is within warranty,
the faulty parts would be replaced/ repaired free of cost.
The home visit will be available for areas which are being covered under Free Home visit facility.
Currently there are 260+such locations which are covered under this.
In case, the area falls under non- eligible for free visit, customer will have to arrange for the pick and
drop the product to the service center and service will be done free of cost
If the product is out of warranty or in absence of warranty card, customer will need to call up the toll
free number and arrange for the repair/ service at his own expense.

What is the Replacement Policy?
The product will be replaced only if the issue is found to be irreparable.

What is dead on arrival Policy?
Dead on arrival applies when a newly purchased product does not function at all. In such a case, it will
be replaced free of cost by our service center. However, such cases need to be reported within 10 days
from the date of receipt of the product.to report such a case, call on 08879020195. A service agent will
visit your house to check the product. If found to be in a non-working condition, the product will be
replaced.
Dead on arrival doesn’t apply to the following cases:
o If the product has been damaged / tampered/mishandled with by the customer
o If the customer is not able to provide the original invoice
o If the customer has registered a return request for the product
o Loss of any spare part by the customer
o Any other wear and tear caused to the product by the customer

    I have purchased Caravan premium model SC230 in 2019. FM is working properly, from earlier days most of the songs in all the section – Specials, Geetmala and Artistes are are corrupted and plays and skips with screeching sound. We have been using the Carvaan only as Radio – AM and FM daily for @30-40 min.
    Wish, if the stored songs are also available in good quality. Can the software on internal SD card be replaced. How much will it cost. Is there any service station available at Pimpri Chinchwad, Pune location ?

  12. My father received Saragam Caravan Baige/White color model as gift from my friend in Ahmedabad. My father never used it, and he passed away last year. I am trying for Select Mode, but cannot select one. FM radio is working. The battery is working and it is full. Any suggestions? Or the company can assist me? I am willing to pay extra in exchange with latest model in black color.

  16. My son gifted me three years ago. I have used it hardly for about one year. Later started the problem of not charging. I got the batteries replaced after few weeks again the same problem started for second time and got the batteries changed again second time recently but problem not solved and the service person don’t know other than replacing new batteries and he assured for replacing with the a different refurbished unit of course by charging the applicable cost. I have been following with customer care support since one month and registred the complaint many times one one is responding properly and suporting. Totally very bad experience and waste of money.

  23. I purchased carvan for my father. It seems that it is enjoyable throughout. But in vain since purchase,within a span of 2 years, USB port for charging is replaced 3 times, still we have a problem. Already paid two times 444/- per visit. But still problem is not sort out. Very bad experience. Please let me find out solution.

  25. I bought Caravan couple of years back. From day one, FM radio never worked. Dealer said insert audio jack but nothing happened. All static. Ignored. Then USB port for charging inlet moved backwards, inaccessible. Got it repaired locally. Then playing USB started screeches. Now even with power supply it is not working. Overall a very bad experience. Hugely disappointed.

  44. I purchased a CARAVAN (Model NO : SC03) in 2018. It was working smoothly but after Feb,20 it stated disturbing. FM is working and Speaker is OK. But whenever the caravan song is switched ON,it starts cracking sound,moreover songs recorded is not changing,only one song is being displayed repeatedly with cracking sound frequently.
    May I request you to send a technician to repair the Caravan on sight,if possible. Pl let me know the service charge for such visit at 95B,Dr G.S,Bose Road,Dakshinayan,Kolkata-700039. Location : Lalkuthi Joltanki.

  53. Charging Port of Caravan is very loose and getting disconnected.Battery is not chargeable even if it is charged it is only 25% of Bar. I am not getting connected with Toll free Number. If possible get me connected on my number or other wise give me Hyderabad Local service center number to get charging port fixed.
    Hope this will be seen by authorised and responsible person, so that my complaint is attended promptly.

  55. I purchased Saregama carvaan almost three years back.
    1.After a year or so it’s display started disfunctioning and ultimately now it has become almost black, I just cant read display.
    2. Light indicator withswitch on push button has also stopped to glow.
    3. Change over to FM, USB , Saregama also has problem.
    4. Blutooth pairing is also not functioning well , have to try several time to connect.
    Need immediate attention , my locality is Gomti Nagar area in Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh)

I had received Saregama Caravan as a gift on 11/10/2019.Sometime in March it started giving problems.In the Saregama mode, irrespective of the Artist that I select I get to hear the song “Rimjhim ke taraane leeke àayi Barsaat”.It is very very irritating..And I am indeed very disappointed by the quality of this much hyped product.

  66. I purchased Caravvan Marathi on 26th February 2019. The charging inlet is faulty and set is not being charged. I lodged complaint on 20th June 2019 complaint no. 26309.and followed up almost every alternate day. Every time false promises are given but nothing is being done to repair it. The technician has reported the fault to company but it seems that they do not bother for the grievance of customer. It seems that it is the company policy to ignore all complains once the product is sold.

  68. I am highly disappointed by after sales service of Saregama. My Carvaan is under warranty and it’s charging pin is not working. On complaint the representative came after 3 days and said it need to be replaced. But part is not available. Even after one month on repeated calls, answer is part is not available. Company should improve its after sales service

  75. We have purchased Carawan Radio in the name of my wife Roshan Kumari Meena having Sl No SC01BR08181011403166 on 28.02.2018. After 15 fays from date of purchase its SAREGAMA mode main function is not working. accordingly on help desk No complaint was made vide complained No 16444 on 25 .04.2018 but till date none attended the complaint.

  78. Sir,I had a Saregama Caravan out of warranty period , the charging inlet was broken, complaint registered in toll free no.,complaint no SRGM 84701 . Instrument was picked up on 4 Feb 2019. It was send back after servicing on 26 Feb to my Residence .I was out of state and courier person arrived without information I could not collect it.There after many times I contacted through toll free No ,but till date I did not receive the radio ,today it is 25 March . Kindly arrange for the delivery at the earliest .My order ID is 161487.
