I made a payment of Rs.400 for examination fee on dated 29/05/2021 amount was deducted from my account but was not transfered to the required source.I want to know the status of the amount. It happend for the second time. You are requested to resolve my problem at the earliest and also improve your services so as to avoid harassment to the customers because exam filling dates are time bound and its an career concern of an individual.

I paid for my DTO licence of 700 through sbiepay. But after verifying the OTP the transaction showed failed and the amount was deducted as I recieved the message. in my balance also the amount is deducted but the transportation portal is showing the amount is unpaid.
I had made payment to National Board of Examinations for application fees from my Debit Card issued by Axis Bank 03 times @Rs.5015/- on 11.03.2021. Total amount debited is Rs.150045/-, but the payment in each case was unsuccessful even though transaction was done using PIN. Axis Bank indicated that the amount of Rs.150045/- is debited. SBI e pay may please return back the amount at the earliest.
