Indian Railways offers cashless ticketing option to its customer through internet ticketing on IRCTC website for booking reserved tickets. More than 58% of the train accommodation is reserved through e-ticketing. IRCTC also provides option for purchasing Season Tickets for suburban train services on Western and Central Railways. Facility for purchasing unreserved tickets through mobile phone is available for Pan India stations. Further Automatic Ticket Vending Machines dispensing unreserved tickets using smart cards are provided at over 1000 locations over CR, ER, ECoR, NR, NCR, NER, NWR, SR, SCR, SER, SECR, SWR, WR and WCR. The Smart Cards can be purchased from nominated counters at the stations.

I booked season ticket from borivali to Santacruz for AC local for six months costing rs.7185 + 152 net banking charges on 17.04.24. The payment got through after two failed attempts but pass not issued till today 20.04.24 00.00 hours. If six month pass is not possible to issue in AC local then why UTS app gives the price and allows anyone to book and receive payment. I not only loosing my precious time, bank charges and had to travel by taking daily tickets for two days. Lastly I had to take another season pass for ordinary first class for three months. I demand to refund the money along with bank charges I had to pay just because of your inefficient app. The UTS app should be upgraded.

Uts app is not working not able to login
The app is pathetic. If I have booked ticket completed payment yet does not allow to view ticket. Again I can’t share or take screenshot of ticket. So if your app is not working then I have to bear the brunt and insult of your rude and CORRUPT TCs. Update the app for user. If you don’t know how to then go back to the traditional way. Too many restrictions in UTS MOBILE APP.

Main uts mobile app par local monthly pass bana raha tha, main 315 rupaye upi se pay kiya,to paisa kat gya aur ticket book nahi huaa
I have purchased monthly ticket in UPS online application i.e. paperless ticket from ATP to SSPY and paid amount of RS. through Phone pay app with UTRNo.225552921747 on 12/09/2022. But amount was debited from my account and so far ticket not issued. So, pls. rectify my issue to issue ticket, otherwise pls make refund.
