Uttarakhand Transport Corporation (UTC) came into existence on 30th October in 2003. It was listed under the Street Transport Act, 1950 with certain intentions. The primary objective was to enhance the progress of the road transport sector being associated with the development of trade and industry. Uttarakhand state-owned roadways aim to provide an adequate, economical and efficient road transport service to the residents of Uttarakhand. Being a public sector, it offers smooth road transportation to other adjoining states of North India. The UTC, comprises of a fleet of over 1000 buses catering the travel needs of many.

I booked ticket on 7 Apr 2022 from Lucknow to almora.my bus cancelled on this day but my refund not back,plz solve this problem

Sir,I booked ticket online on 08.03 .2021 from Chandigarh to Dehradun journey on 10.03.2021,pnr.no-102R100320211001 my bus was cancelled on said date or not arrived isbt-43 Chandigarh to pick the passengers.I file for refund on same date on UTC email which was printed on e-ticket,but my refund is not settled yet,please settle the refund amount as earliest possible
